PXF Lighting's product portfolio now features a new family of advanced luminaires called Parabolic PRS LED. Designed for ultimate visual comfort and maximum energy efficiency, the series is a modern response to the needs of contemporary commercial architecture, offices, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities.
The key highlight of the Parabolic PRS LED series is its advanced optical system, based on the classic, time-tested parabolic louvre format optimized for LED technology. This solution guarantees excellent light distribution while radically reducing glare (low UGR rating). As a result, the luminaires are ideal for environments with prolonged computer use, protecting users' eyesight and reducing eye strain.
Three installation variants – full design flexibility
To meet diverse installation and architectural requirements, the manufacturer has developed the Parabolic PRS LED system in three complementary design versions:
Parabolic PRS LED – the base recessed version, designed for modular (lay-in) ceilings with a visible grid system (e.g., 600x600 mm). It serves as a natural and seamless replacement for traditional, older-generation fluorescent luminaires.
Parabolic PRS NT LED – the surface-mounted (NT) version, dedicated to direct installation on ceilings or solid structures. It is perfect for spaces where the lack of suspended ceilings prevents recessed installation.
Parabolic PRS GK LED – a recessed variant specifically adapted for installation in plasterboard (drywall) ceilings, ensuring an aesthetic and minimalist finish to the ceiling line.
Efficiency and ecology hand in hand with technology
The Parabolic PRS LED family features exceptionally high luminous efficacy and a long lifespan of the integrated LED components, significantly lowering operating costs and reducing the carbon footprint of buildings. The housings are made of high-quality materials that guarantee structural stability, easy cleaning, and hassle-free installation.
Depending on project requirements, the luminaires are available in various power ratings, luminous flux outputs, and color temperatures. They also offer seamless integration with smart lighting management systems (e.g., DALI).
