The new Primary School No. 4 is located at the intersection of Dworkowa and Ceramiczna Streets in Kobyłka. Construction work began in 2024, and the first students started their education in September 2025. Kindergarten No. 1 is located in the side wing of the building. The lighting for the facility and its surroundings was provided by PXF Lighting.
The school section features 25 classrooms, a gymnasium, a library with a reading room, a cloakroom, and a kitchen with a dining area. The facility is set back within the plots, positioned as close as possible to the southern boundary of the site to provide ample space for outdoor learning and recreation. The kindergarten is situated in the southeastern part of the building. A fenced playground is located nearby, which remains accessible to residents outside of school hours.
The designers incorporated terraces, patios, and dedicated spaces for outdoor integration, recreation, and learning.
