Honeycomb lighting

The interior designer's vision was to equip the 7 x 11 m room with a lighting system resembling a honeycomb. This is a fairly common and fashionable solution used in car showrooms and exhibition spaces. The advantages include uniform illumination of the area beneath the fixtures, as well as the interesting, unique appearance of the fixtures, which often serves as a decorative element in the interior.

For us, the lighting and aesthetic benefits of the installation are paramount, so we focused primarily on designing a luminaire system that fully meets the lighting needs.

The hallmarks of a good design are customer satisfaction and high functional properties.

The client and the designer used a template we had prepared, which allowed for the preliminary definition of the shape of the lighting system.

The established shape looks like this:

To estimate costs, we'll break down the system into individual fixtures. The attached graphic shows that two fixture types are required to create this shape:

  • SIGMA II CORNER L120 LED (16 fixtures required)

  • SIGMA II CORNER Y LED9 (24 fixtures required)
